We are currently delivering to the U.S., including Alaska, Hawaii and US territories using UPS. We do not ship to US PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect items once they are en route.
Your total shipping charges will automatically be calculated during checkout prior to the completion of your order. On average, your order should ship within 2 business days.
You will receive an email notification with your order number once your order has been successfully placed. Once the order is placed, you will receive a 2nd email confirming your item has been shipped and a tracking number will be provided.
International Shipping options are available on checkout using DHL. If you would like items delivered in an alternative way, or have any issues with shipping options, or the check out process, please email email@example.com and we will be happy to help.
Daniella Hunter Inc. wants you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange your item within 14 days from the date your item is delivered. All returned merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition. We have the right to refuse returns not meeting these requirements. You may exchange the item for an alternative item, or receive the value of the exchange as a gift card for online store credit.
For our returns postal address and return approval, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call (424) 229-5067. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the processing of your exchange from the date we receive your package. You will be responsible for the return shipping charge. With your package, please include your name, address, phone number, email address, and which items you are exchanging for.
If you receive a damaged/defective or mis-shipped item, please notify us by email at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the product. Returns not following this policy will only be accepted at our discretion.
All sale items are "FINAL SALE". Any item purchased on "SALE" cannot be returned or exchanged, no exceptions.

While we are not responsible for stolen or lost items, if your order does not arrive in a timely fashion, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to assist you with tracking your package.
